Description:
Work as an actor or tech crew member in the SCC Theatre Arts Program’s Spring presentation of a 
Festival of One Act Plays! The production is a celebration of six original new works that will be fully 
staged by the writers themselves. The plays are imaginative, and well-conceived, with genres running 
the gamut from drama and comedy to a Sci-Fi Western! The characters are diverse, and there are roles 
for over 20 actors! If you’re not an actor, then our Tech Team needs you!

Dates, Times, & Place: Class meets on Thursday evenings from 6:00-10:00pm, beginning 2/26/26, 
and continues through 6/4/26. Place: D-121, and D-101. In addition to regular Thursday evening 
rehearsals, students must also be available for all technical/dress rehearsals and performances as 
follows:

Tech Rehearsals: May 9 & 10 – Saturday & Sunday. 9am-5pm. TBA [Mother’s Day Weekend.]
Dress Rehearsals and Preview: May 11, 12, 13, & 14. [Evenings. 5:30pm-10:30pm]
Performances: May 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, and *24th, at 7:30pm
May 17th, and *24th, at 2:30pm

Requirements: All prospective participants must be accepted into the class by passing an acting 
audition, or a technical interview. Auditions and interviews will be held on February 18th & 19th, and 
are by appointment only. For complete audition/interview information, including a synopsis and
